Terms and Conditions for Wheres Geo

Welcome to Wheres Geo! By accessing our game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By playing Wheres Geo, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to play Wheres Geo. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with MyGeoTokens, Inc.

3. Game Rules:

  • To play, you must sign up/create a profile.
  • Every player has one pin (guess) to start each location.
  • Additional pins/guesses can be purchased by connecting your phantom wallet (web3 wallet) and purchasing.
  • Each weeks location is a very specific location (set of geocoordinates) with a set radius around it. The winning pin/guess will need to be placed on the map within the defined radius.
  • So long as you can place a pin on the map (make a guess), the weeks correct location has not been guessed, and its still possible to win the game that week.
  • Each weeks winner will be entitled to up to 35% of the revenues collected from additional pin purchases.
  • There is no limit to the number of pins/guesses any one user can place on the map.
  • There is no limit to the number of times one user can win a particular location/week.
  • To receive payment, the winner of each location/week must follow MyGeoTokens on Twitter and join the MyGeoTokens Discord community.
  • To receive payment, the winner of each week/location must retweet the MyGeoTokens Tweet that announces that particular person/twitter profile as the weeks winner.
  • Once a pin is placed on the map, there is no replacement of the pin/guess. Pin placement is final.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification and/or other penalties.

4. Payments and Refunds

Making additional guesses/pin placements over and above the one (1) that is allowed for each location requires a payment that is non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge that all payments are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the game and its content, features, and functionality are owned by MyGeoTokens, Inc., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs anyone elses use of the game.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the game immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Your continued use of Wheres Geo after changes are made will be considered acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta, in the country of Canada.
